About the Role
PwC Australia's Assurance team provides a range of services and business advice to diverse clients, utilizing the latest technology to focus on high-value areas and enhance corporate governance. We are seeking Experienced Accountants to lead complex auditing practices, assess application security, identify fraud risks, and streamline core business processes. This role offers opportunities to supervise key engagements in a human-led, tech-enabled environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a full range of assurance tasks including planning, testing, reviewing, and reporting on large and complex client engagements.
- Conduct financial investigations, prepare reports, and undertake audits.
- Develop relationships with market-leading clients by delivering outstanding client services.
- Lead and develop an energetic, diverse, and high-performing team.
- Grow project management, leadership, networking, and technical skills, supported by a dedicated coach and Partner.
Requirements
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to shape financial audit strategies and methodologies with cross-functional teams.
- Deep knowledge of internal controls, with a track record of assessing, designing, and documenting control environments.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues while building effective internal relationships.
