About the Role
Heavy Machinery Operators are needed to support field operations, vehicle testing, and autonomous technology development. This role involves operating various heavy machinery and vehicles, performing inspections, reporting issues, and providing feedback to engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Operate 40-ton articulated haul trucks, excavators, bulldozers, and Ford Raptors.
- Perform vehicle inspections.
- Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs).
- Report maintenance issues.
- Support hardware and software testing.
- Provide feedback to engineering teams.
- Maintain strict safety standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of verified heavy machinery operation experience.
- Comfortable driving and backing large vehicles.
- Clean driving record.
- Must be professional, reliable, and safety-focused.
- Able to pass a background check and road test.
- Comfortable learning new tools and autonomous technology systems.
