About the Role
As a Technology Business Analyst, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements that support strategic initiatives and change delivery. You will lead process mapping activities, create clear end-to-end workflows, and translate complex business needs into practical, actionable solutions.

- Support adherence to enterprise delivery frameworks.
- Promote best-practice business analysis across the organisation.
Requirements
- Strong business analysis and process mapping skills, with experience improving and documenting business processes.
- Ability to work closely with business and technology teams to gather, analyse, and document requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to ask questions and facilitate discussions.
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams and managing competing priorities.
- Good understanding of technology, data, systems, and emerging technologies such as AI.
- Experience in financial services or banking, with exposure to business transformation, process improvement, or technology change initiatives.
