About the Role
We are seeking interns for a minimum of 5-6 months in Hamburg within the Human Resources department. You will actively participate in our personnel consulting projects and contribute to the expansion of our talent pool. Learn about various positions and independently identify and approach relevant specialists and managers through active sourcing. Your responsibilities will include appointment coordination, data maintenance in our applicant management tool, and creating job advertisements and requirement profiles. You will also support interview preparation and participation. Depending on your interests and skills, you can engage in different projects to advance our purpose of developing today's and tomorrow's champions. Additionally, our workshops offer opportunities to enhance your professional and personal knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in personnel consulting projects and contribute to talent pool expansion.
- Support the identification and approach of relevant specialists and managers through active sourcing.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain data in the applicant management tool.
- Create job advertisements and requirement profiles.
- Assist in the preparation and participation in interviews.
- Participate in various projects based on individual strengths and interests.
- Expand professional and personal knowledge through workshops.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field of study.
- Team-oriented and empathetic with a hands-on mentality and positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented and conscientious with a sense of order.
- Familiar with customer orientation and service responsibility.
- Proficient in German and English (written and spoken).
- High affinity for the internet.
- Enthusiasm for a great team, responsible tasks, and an environment where your opinion matters.
- Ideally, the internship is a mandatory internship lasting 5-6 months.
