About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Partner (m/f/d) who advises decision-makers on strategic and operational challenges, develops customized solutions, and implements them with the CTG ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales of our service portfolio and acting as a trusted advisor in growth, innovation, transformation, or HR & organization.
• Advise C-level / department heads on their current strategic and operational challenges and proactively develop customized solution proposals that can be implemented through the CTG portfolio.
• As the primary point of contact for your clients, coordinate project implementation and drive the expansion of long-term, trusting client relationships.
• Actively contribute to the further development of our positioning and the optimization of sales and operational processes in management consulting to further strengthen our growth and market presence.
• Develop your own industry or thematic focus areas (e.g., Digital, Tech, Transformation, Growth, Consulting, PE/VC, Energy, Infra, Industrial, etc.).
• Represent CTG at events, roundtables, and industry formats, positioning us as a thought leader for Growth, Talent & Transformation.

Requirements

• Proven sales success in professional services in relevant areas (> €1.5 million p.a.), combined with reliable access to a relevant decision-maker network.
• Strong consulting competence at C-level, including the ability to quickly grasp complex challenges and translate them into clear, convincing value propositions.
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and hunter mentality: ability to systematically generate leads, qualify opportunities, and drive them to closure.
• High project and implementation orientation to confidently manage client projects and build long-term relationships as a central point of contact.
• Negotiation skills, professional storytelling, and strong communication skills to successfully place major transformation and innovation projects.
• Very good German and English language skills.
