Responsibilities

• Actively drive HR consulting projects and suggest process improvements.
• Contribute to expanding our talent pool.
• Learn to identify and approach talent through active sourcing.
• Coordinate appointments and manage applicant data in our internal tool.
• Participate in various areas of the candidate journey, such as writing job descriptions and conducting interviews.
• Engage in different projects based on individual strengths and interests.
• Expand professional and personal knowledge through workshops.

Requirements

• Studied business administration or a comparable field, completed vocational training, or seeking entry-level position/gap year.
• Enthusiasm for digital structures and ideally, initial professional experience in these areas.
• Customer and service orientation with strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and conscientious work ethic with a sense of order.
• Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
• High affinity for the internet.
• Desire to work in a cool team with responsible tasks in an environment where your opinion matters.
