About the Role

Coordinate, maintain, and continuously improve the site Quality Management Systems at the Charmhaven bakery, ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations. Strengthen food safety and quality culture by partnering with site leaders and team members to promote accountability, continuous improvement, and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure product food safety and quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with the site team to achieve targets and milestones in Food Safety & Quality
  • Maintain site quality management systems and general administrative duties
  • Support the QA Manager with managing onsite audits
  • Compile accurate and timely reports to site and management
  • Assist with investigations, risk assessments during Food Safety Incident Reporting and Customer Complaint investigations

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Food industry background and/or bakery industry will be highly regarded
  • Tertiary Qualification in Food Science or equivalent qualification
  • Highly collaborative approach with strong communication skills
  • Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
