About the Role

Lead complex insolvency and advisory engagements, support senior stakeholders through challenging financial situations, and manage trading businesses during insolvency. Responsibilities

  • Lead complex insolvency and advisory engagements.
  • Support senior stakeholders through challenging financial situations.
  • Manage trading businesses during insolvency.
  • Apply commercial judgement, operational insight, and financial expertise to solve complex problems.
  • Deliver work that makes a meaningful difference for clients.
  • Play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of a wide-ranging portfolio of insolvency and advisory matters.
  • Contribute to business development activities.
  • Mentor and support engagement teams, helping them develop their technical capability and confidence.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ corporate insolvency experience gained in a Big 4, mid-tier or specialist insolvency firm.
  • Strong financial, analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Confidence to work through complex issues.
  • A commercial, curious and practical approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships, influence outcomes and communicate with impact.
  • A growth mindset, intellectual curiosity and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
  • A collaborative style and a genuine commitment to contributing to a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
