As an Intern HR Cloud, you will support organizations in strategically realigning their HR function and making it future-proof. Responsibilities
- Actively work with our teams on the realignment and further development of our clients' HR departments and support holistic transformation projects.
- Gain valuable insights into company-specific HR processes and co-design innovative solutions for our clients.
- Expand your technical know-how, e.g., in data analysis or interface integration, and broaden your HR expertise.
- Contribute fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the continuous development of our internal processes and concepts.
- Support the planning and implementation of workshops, conduct research and analyses independently, and actively contribute to project success.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from HR IT, HR Strategy, and other areas to create efficient and sustainable solutions.
Requirements
- Enrolled student in a higher semester of business administration, (business) psychology, (business) informatics, or a comparable degree program with very good academic performance.
- First experience in the HR environment, ideally with exposure to HR cloud solutions (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNOW HRSD, Oracle, etc.).
- Interest in current HR trends and developments, as well as curiosity for data, analyses, IT systems, and coding.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Team spirit, confident demeanor, and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
- Availability from September 2026 for a period of 6 months.
