About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Sales member to propose AI solutions to clients, focusing on hybrid work solutions like Microsoft 365/Teams, which form the foundation of Microsoft 365 Copilot. You will propose remote work environments, digital transformation, productivity improvements, and cross-organizational data utilization using AI solutions. We are looking for individuals motivated to propose comprehensive Microsoft solutions, starting with Microsoft 365 and Copilot, to drive AX/DX.
Responsibilities
- Design and prove Copilot solutions, demonstrating Microsoft 365, related agent solutions, and other Microsoft solutions to meet complex customer requirements.
- Develop strategic cross-workload proposals for Copilot and agent solutions against market threats and provide feedback on Japanese market characteristics and challenges to the business group.
- Share competitive strategies with community, product, and engineering teams to enhance Microsoft 365 Copilot and agent capabilities and develop proposal strategies.
- Proactively engage with technical decision-makers at client organizations, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise in comprehensive Microsoft solutions.
- Lead complex technical discussions with clients and resolve technical blockers.
- Promote and foster deep collaboration with partners as a market strategy.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 4+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
- OR 8+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
- OR equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or related experience.
- OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, architecture designs, migrations, business consulting, and/or technology management.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Native-level Japanese proficiency.
