Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system failures.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment and systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Ensure all work complies with local NYC building codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding system issues and completed repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records and document all work performed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
• Familiarity with NYC building codes and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
