As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a memorable and friction-free experience. You will handle transactions, provide local insights, and create a warm atmosphere that makes guests feel at home.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and kick off a memorable experience.
- Acknowledge Rewards Club members and returning guests.
- Manage guest bookings and up-selling opportunities.
- Handle cash and credit transactions.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Record and act on guest preferences, and handle their requests.
- Serve as a trusted contact for guests, addressing concerns and providing local knowledge.
- Follow safety procedures and report incidents.
- Maintain a professional appearance as a brand ambassador.
- Stay informed about daily events and activities.
- Assist colleagues with ad-hoc duties as needed.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and approachability.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in the local language.
- Literacy, basic math, and computer proficiency.
- Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50lbs, involving bending and kneeling.
