About the Role
Leverage your accounting and finance expertise to evaluate, refine, and improve AI-generated content. Create realistic business scenarios, assess technical accuracy, and identify weaknesses in AI reasoning to train AI systems to think more like experienced accounting professionals.
Responsibilities
- Review accounting and finance scenarios and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, completeness, and professional relevance.
- Assess financial reporting, audit, tax, treasury, and technical accounting content against industry standards and best practices.
- Provide expert feedback to improve the quality, consistency, and reliability of AI-generated outputs.
- Develop realistic accounting and finance case studies based on real-world business situations.
- Create clear explanations of accounting principles, technical accounting guidance, and practical applications.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in AI-generated analysis and recommend improvements.
- Evaluate AI reasoning and decision-making in accounting and financial contexts.
- Collaborate with project teams to enhance evaluation standards and quality guidelines.
- Manage priorities independently while maintaining high-quality deliverables and meeting project timelines.
- Test and review outputs generated by AI and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience in Public Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Audit, Tax, Advisory Services, Financial Reporting, FP&A, or Finance Operations.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and controllership functions.
- Experience with technical accounting topics, including revenue recognition and lease accounting.
- Knowledge of internal controls and SOX compliance.
- Exposure to treasury functions and month-end close processes.
- Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Basic familiarity with AI, ChatGPT, Copilot, or other LLM tools.
- Availability for 30-40 hours per week throughout the engagement.
