About the Role
We are seeking a Principal Associate, Project Management who is passionate about masterfully managing cross-functional stakeholders and balancing project scope and timelines. In this role, you will manage strategic, high-priority projects that drive meaningful business outcomes. Responsibilities
- Lead moderate to large complex brand projects enforcing SLAs and cross-functional accountability to maintain project timelines e.g. brand guidelines, website redesign
- Design, develop, and adapt project plans in a fast-paced environment, revising requirements as needed to meet shifting goals
- Ensure comprehensive project documentation and governance to proactively manage risks and guarantee on-time delivery
- Leverage strong problem-solving and analytical skills to ensure project execution aligns with business intent
- Serve as a strategic and tactical thought partner to project partners and cross-functional teams to drive seamless delivery
- Build strong relationships and leverage outstanding communication skills to inform, align, and influence stakeholders at all levels across the company
- Quickly implement clear frameworks and organization to effectively manage work within complex workstreams
- Continuously refine workflows, templates, and project management tools to eliminate bottlenecks and improve the team's creative output
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 3 Years of Project Management experience
- Masters or MBA degree
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience
- At least 1 year in Brand Strategy, Marketing or Advertising
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
