About the Role
The Licensing Coordinator drives the technical and administrative execution of the licensor approval process for global portfolios, acting as the main liaison between licensors, GBT PD, and Design teams to ensure product, packaging, and marketing submissions adhere to legal documentation and contractual terms.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact and liaison between internal teams and licensors
- Coordinate the end-to-end licensing process to secure product, packaging, and marketing approvals
- Ensure all submissions and product development workflows adhere to contractual terms and brand guidelines
- Facilitate milestone meetings and manage tracking reports to align cross-functional teams
- Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and help implement mitigation plans
Requirements
- Professional experience in licensing, project management, or legal support within consumer goods
- Prior experience working with protected intellectual properties and brand guidelines
- Proficiency with Media Box or similar consumer product approval databases
- Proven ability to manage high-volume trackers and complex submissions with strong attention to detail
- Experience handling highly confidential and proprietary business information
