About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct ground maintenance activities in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Perform mowing, trimming, and pruning to ensure the exterior environment remains pristine.
- Collaborate with fellow associates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance.
- Adhere to stringent safety, security, and integrity protocols.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements at local, federal, and state levels.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping.
- 18 years of age or older.
- 2 years' experience in the landscaping/gardening industry.
- Valid state-issued driver's license.
Skills
- Experience using intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

- Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
