About the Role

As Programmatic Executive, you will support Programmatic Media Trading within Ticketek's Self-Service and Managed Media service division. Your role will involve building expertise across digital campaigns, supporting programmatic execution, optimizing performance through data-driven insights, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive results and share knowledge. This is an ideal step up for a Junior Trader/Coordinator looking to advance to a Trader/Executive role.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and deliver programmatic buys within DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), and Vistar.
  • Optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights and segmentation.
  • Prepare consistent, accurate, and timely reports with clear insights to inform client recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to support client and genre strategy, annual account plans, and marketing solutions.
  • Apply best practices in programmatic media trading, analytics, and data-driven storytelling.
  • Utilize digital marketing measurement and attribution principles.
  • Support stakeholders in understanding campaign performance.
  • Continuously grow expertise by staying current on industry developments and sharing insights with the team.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in digital media, Ad Tech, agency, or independent trading desk environment.
  • Hands-on experience across DSPs including DV360 and TTD.
  • Solid understanding of programmatic channels including Display, Video, Audio, and DOOH.
  • Proven track record managing client campaigns.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic Excel skills, including Pivot tables.
  • Experience across retail, entertainment, or ticketing verticals is desirable.
  • CM360 and Ad Ops experience is desirable.
  • Exposure to CDP/DMP and CRM-data integration with media platforms is desirable.
  • Hands-on experience across Yahoo! and Vistar (or similar DOOH platforms) is desirable.
  • High level of personal and professional integrity and confidentiality.
  • Communicate confidently and effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Comfortable adapting to change and new ways of working.
  • Collaborative approach in a values-driven team.
  • Highly goal-oriented, structured, and organized.
  • Strong numeracy and an eye for detail.
