About the Role

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize patient rooms and common areas using a step-by-step system.
• Safely empty regular trash and medical waste bins.
• Use basic tools like mops and vacuums, as well as carpet cleaners and floor scrubbers.
• Help move chairs, tables, or hospital equipment when needed.
• Communicate daily with nurses, patients, and supervisors to determine cleaning priorities.

Requirements

• Dependable and punctual.
• Able to follow simple instructions.
• Able to work on your feet and be mobile during the shift.
• Friendly and kind to patients, visitors, and staff.
• High School Diploma/GED or past cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
