About the Role
Keep our hospital safe and clean for patients and families. We hire for attitude and effort, and you do not need prior hospital experience to apply.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize patient rooms and common areas using a step-by-step system.
- Safely empty regular trash and medical waste bins.
- Use basic tools like mops and vacuums, as well as carpet cleaners and floor scrubbers.
- Help move chairs, tables, or hospital equipment when needed.
- Communicate daily with nurses, patients, and supervisors to prioritize cleaning tasks.
Requirements
- Must be reliable and dependable.
- Ability to follow simple instructions.
- Willingness to be on your feet and moving during the shift.
- Friendly and kind demeanor towards patients, visitors, and staff.
- High School Diploma/GED or past cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
