About the Role

We are seeking exceptional operators to join our portfolio companies. These individuals will build the foundational operational infrastructure, including finance, people, process, and systems, enabling founders to focus on core business functions. Typically, this hire will be the first dedicated operations person in a team of 10-30.

• Experience building systems from scratch
• Ability to read and interpret P&L statements and hiring plans
• Comfort with ambiguity
• Experience as a COO, Chief of Staff, or GM at a funded tech company
• Experience navigating a fundraise from the operations side
• Comfort working across finance, legal, people, and tooling simultaneously
• Experience in a high-growth environment where the product, team, and offering has scaled
• Preference for SaaS or tech-adjacent industries
