About the Role

BCG X is seeking a Global TA Strategy and Analytics Manager to inform and support strategic decision-making on attracting and hiring exceptional talent. This role combines recruitment analytics expertise with strategic program delivery to transform data into insights, influence senior leaders, and drive initiatives that strengthen recruitment strategy and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop BCG X's global recruitment reporting and insights strategy, designing and enhancing Tableau dashboards.
• Translate recruitment data into strategic recommendations to improve hiring performance, pipeline health, and operational effectiveness.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within recruitment data to optimize processes and inform strategic decision-making.
• Partner with BCG's core Recruitment Technology team to represent BCG X's needs and support platform enhancements.
• Evaluate and pilot AI-enabled approaches to enhance recruitment analytics, reporting, and candidate experience.
• Build executive-level presentations and business cases using tools like Claude and ChatGPT to analyze data and develop data-driven narratives.
• Ensure the integrity, consistency, and quality of recruitment data across systems.
• Lead global recruitment transformation initiatives to harmonize processes and improve the hiring experience.
• Develop and deliver initiatives to strengthen recruiter enablement, interviewer onboarding, and capability development.
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives, employer branding campaigns, and recruitment marketing activities.
• Partner with global Recruitment leaders and People function leadership to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying emerging opportunities and leading strategic projects.

Requirements

• Significant experience in global recruitment analytics or talent intelligence.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, processes, technologies, and their impact on recruitment strategy.
• Advanced experience designing, building, and maintaining business-critical dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to transform complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for data analysis and presentation development.
• Experience partnering with recruitment technology teams and working with applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCIMS).
• Experience delivering recruitment strategy, transformation initiatives, or cross-functional programs with measurable business impact.
• Experience working globally and cross-culturally to solve worldwide recruitment challenges.
