About the Role

Backend engineers at fomo work on a little bit of everything across all areas of the business - from crypto infra to social network scaling. Engineers aren't constrained to any specific area, and backend engineers are encouraged to contribute to the frontend when it makes sense.

Responsibilities

• Trade execution and infrastructure
• Onchain data ingestion and portfolio tracking
• Social network content recommendation engines
• Analytics data ingestion and analysis
• Infrastructure scaling and optimization

Requirements

• Staff+ level engineer (6+ years of experience)
• Able to come up with and execute on plans autonomously
• Experience building in crypto (Solana or EVM experience preferred)
• Full-stack (React) experience is a plus
• Personal crypto trading experience is a plus
