About the Role

This nine-week program will expose interns to the day-to-day activities of the Investment Solutions Group, providing an understanding of the Investment Solutions Analyst role and working on projects that meet business needs. The intern will support the Investment Solutions Content Architecture team with a focus on data and automation infrastructure development for content creation, and gain insight into client communications through content creation and reporting.

Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and analyze data from various internal and external databases.
Develop scalable data models that feed a larger content data ecosystem.
Identify areas for improvement in key processes and execute enhancements for efficiency.
Identify ways to programmatically source data for content and automate materials production.

Requirements

Progress toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field with an expected graduation date of December 2027 - June 2028.
Demonstrated history of academic achievement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly with regards to conveying technical processes in a clear and compelling manner.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, to prioritize and exercise time management.
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and comfort with large data sets.
Interest in financial markets and an understanding of Dimensional’s investment philosophy.
