About the Role
Reporting to the Production Manager at our Auburn store, you will be responsible for treasure hunting – sorting donations from our charity partners and then getting the products ready for our retail floor.
Responsibilities
- Accepting donations on behalf of our not-for-profit partners
- Meeting and engaging with customers and donors, and sharing the Savers story
- Sorting donations
- Pricing, grading and hanging product for the retail floor
- Working with the team to meet daily production targets
- Supporting the safety culture
Requirements
- Availability for part-time hours – Monday to Friday between 7:30am - 3:30pm
- A team player who enjoys helping others meet team goals
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment (e.g., retail, production, warehousing, hospitality)
- Customer focused, passionate about providing exceptional experiences
- Eager to learn, adapt, and improve
- Passionate about standing up for what’s right and doing what you say you will
- Further processes such as police checks may form part of the application process
