About the Role

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat malocclusions by examining patients’ dental and skeletal structure.
- Develop treatment plans to address alignment issues.
- Design and implement orthodontic treatment using various appliances to correct bite issues, misaligned teeth, and jaw discrepancies.
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on maintaining oral health during and after treatment.
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and other team members for comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing compassionate care.
- Stay updated with orthodontic advances through continuing education.
- Handle additional tasks as required and adapt to changing practice needs.
Requirements
- Valid orthodontic license (state-specific requirements apply).
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.
- Spanish speaking preferred.
