About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat malocclusions by examining patients’ dental and skeletal structure.
  • Develop treatment plans to address alignment issues.
  • Design and implement orthodontic treatment using various appliances to correct bite issues, misaligned teeth, and jaw discrepancies.
  • Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and families on maintaining oral health during and after treatment.
  • Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and other team members for comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing compassionate care.
  • Stay updated with orthodontic advances through continuing education.
  • Handle additional tasks as required and adapt to changing practice needs.

Requirements

  • Valid orthodontic license (state-specific requirements apply).
  • Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.
  • Spanish speaking preferred.
