About the Role

Join our Process & Intelligent Automation Services team as a hands-on AI Engineer. You will play a critical role in designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade AI and intelligent automation solutions that drive meaningful impact across the bank. You will own the end-to-end delivery and support of Agentic AI solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance while collaborating with business stakeholders, engineers, and data scientists.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, deploy, and support Agentic AI solutions on AWS.
  • Develop intelligent automation capabilities leveraging AI, orchestration, robotics, and intelligent document processing technologies.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to operationalize models, optimize prompts, and support production AI workloads.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues across APIs, automation workflows, integrations, and data pipelines.
  • Drive improvements in system reliability, observability, performance, governance, and support frameworks.
  • Champion engineering excellence through CI/CD, automated testing, secure-by-design principles, and modern software engineering practices.
  • Coach and mentor engineers while helping uplift AI and cloud engineering capability across the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience delivering solutions within large, complex enterprise environments, ideally in financial services.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and delivering AWS-based solutions in production environments.
  • Strong hands-on expertise across AWS services, cloud architecture, and engineering best practices.
  • Experience developing Agentic AI and LLM-powered solutions using Amazon Bedrock and frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, Strands, A2A, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience deploying, monitoring, and optimizing AI solutions for accuracy, performance, cost, latency, and reliability.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability across distributed systems, APIs, data quality, and integrations.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and translate business needs into engineering outcomes.
  • AWS certifications and relevant cloud engineering qualifications are highly regarded.
