About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized events professional to deliver engaging stewardship events that inspire supporters and strengthen their connection to our cause. This role is key to creating memorable experiences, working with diverse stakeholders, and contributing to supporter journeys.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of high-quality stewardship events, ensuring an exceptional supporter experience.
- Collaborate with fundraising colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders to maximize event impact.
- Manage event communications, guest administration, data, and reporting with accuracy.
- Develop innovative stewardship activities and experiences with creativity.
- Support a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event management and project coordination.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence using databases and IT systems for accurate information management.
- A proactive, creative, and solutions-focused approach to work.
- Must submit a CV and Cover Letter detailing experience, transferable skills, and motivation.
