About the Role
Assort Health builds specialty-specific AI agents for patient access, including scheduling, triage, intake, referrals, refills, eligibility, and payments. This high-exposure operations role supports the VP of APM, focusing on the business side of AI operations. You will develop tooling, reporting, and processes to maintain high agent quality and efficient implementations, owning the operating rhythm of the account portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Own dashboards and metrics for the VP of APM and customers, including containment, resolution, PSAT, and implementation velocity.
- Build tools and automations to enhance agent quality and accelerate implementations.
- Lead weekly business reviews across strategic, enterprise, and mid-market accounts, assessing health, risk, and next actions.
- Partner with the Enablement lead to drive training, playbooks, and readiness for the APM team.
- Support recruiting operations for the APM organization, including pipeline tracking, scheduling coordination, and candidate experience.
- Coordinate daily with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Implementation to ensure smooth operations and information flow.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience, ideally in MBB or top-tier professional services, or a comparably demanding operating role.
- Engineering or technical degree from a top-tier, highly selective program.
- Fluent and efficient with LLMs and AI agents for building, automating, and analyzing; deep coding expertise is not required.
- Experience running or supporting executive-level business reviews across strategic, enterprise, and mid-market accounts.
- Cross-functional range, comfortable working with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Implementation.
- Rigorous, detail-obsessed, and clear in writing.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration.
- Exposure to healthcare, EHR/PMS workflows, or another regulated environment (nice to have).
- Experience supporting recruiting or people operations at a fast-growing company (nice to have).
