About the Role

The Global Equity Team administers, operates, and reports on the firm's equity-based compensation program, determining awards and managing daily operations. The team also handles distributions to unitholders, forecasts and records equity expense, and performs ad hoc reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Value and execute new hire equity compensation awards in partnership with the Global Compensation Team and HR Business Partners.
  • Perform detailed ad hoc analyses related to individual and firm-wide equity holdings.
  • Assist with daily operations regarding administration of the firm's equity plan.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reporting for equity participants and management teams, as well as individual inquiries.
  • Assist team members with SIG and Blackstone initiatives related to technology, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Provide monthly forecasts to Tax and FP&A and work with management on equity-based compensation reporting.
  • Collaborate with Payroll and Tax on the review and execution of equity deliveries across reporting jurisdictions.
  • Build and maintain dynamic financial models to assist in forecasting of distributions and share deliveries.
  • Enhance reporting processes, analytics, and operations.
  • Perform strategic analyses and special projects, and execute group initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • 2+ years of work experience.
  • Strong academic achievement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A desire to work in a team environment with dynamic roles.
  • Motivation to find solutions independently, and humility to acknowledge limits and uncertainties.
  • Sincere commitment to professional development.

Salary/Compensations

  • $85,000 - $110,000
