Responsibilities

  • Concept, manage, and support the development of influencer marketing campaigns and proposals.
  • Craft creative influencer-led strategies and run campaigns from briefing through execution.
  • Manage day-to-day client servicing, including managing junior team members and supporting senior staff.
  • Define strategies from theory through creative ideation, casting, analysis, and reporting.
  • Manage talent/talent teams and client relationships through campaign completion.
  • Execute and enhance influencer marketing service offerings, including insight/analytics, innovation, social trends, tools, platforms, and campaign measurement.
  • Utilize creative thinking for creator activations.
  • Drive best practices in campaign delivery using influencer marketing tools and champion new tools/processes.
  • Perform competitive analysis, industry research, and assessment of best practices and KPIs.
  • Lead negotiations for influencers and ROI.
  • Act as key liaison during negotiations, contract execution, and live campaigns.
  • Draft, negotiate, and execute influencer agreements.
  • Build and fast-track opportunities using industry knowledge and contacts.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to brainstorm and create client opportunities.
  • Maintain a grasp of client business, needs, and objectives, taking ownership of work and projects.
  • Provide support and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Oversee the client review process and internal “Wash Up” process.
  • Ensure effective account planning and resource alignment.
  • Take accountability for project budgets.
  • Oversee invoice generation and influencer payments with finance.
  • Demonstrate commerciality and understanding of the broader marketing environment.

  • Knowledge/experience in implementation and optimization of paid social campaigns (Instagram, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn, Snapchat).
  • Ability to conduct competitor analyses to understand influencer leverage and identify opportunities.
  • Advanced proficiency with digital analytics and social tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and Creator IQ.
  • Adept in campaign tracking and utilization of research tools.
  • Ability to synthesize insights from data to inform future strategies and best practices.
  • Understand key metrics like dwell time, views, reach, and impressions, and fluctuations in influencer engagements.
  • Natural curiosity to learn the evolving industry, staying abreast of cultural trends.
  • Highly adaptive to changing client and business needs.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and know when to act and when to wait.
