About the Role
The Senior Project Manager (Capital) provides management direction for the delivery of key Capital Works projects. The role overseas the delivery of major/medium capital works and infrastructure, ensuring projects are delivered within budget an on time.

- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.
Requirements
- Sound knowledge and experience in the building and construction industry, including major capital programs, contact management, risk profiling, WHS and compliance.
- Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements in capital/construction management, planning consent laws and policies.
- Knowledge of procurement, tendering and contract processes, and environmental, safety and risk management guidelines.
- Project management skills and experience with an understanding of contemporary best practice in procurement, tendering and contract preparation, in managing project teams, consultants and contractors, and in applying environmental safety and risk management policies and systems.
- Proven experience developing, implementing, and reviewing strategic plans and policies, with the ability to provide strategic advice to senior management.
- Current NSW Class C Drivers Licence and willingness to travel across the state by road and air, including overnight stays, as required to perform the role.

Salary/Compensations
- Package up to $166,549 pa. Package includes salary range ($133,348 pa to $146,945 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
