About the Role
This two-year training program is designed to develop well-rounded, commercially driven lawyers equipped with the skills to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment. The program features a 4-seat rotation system, offering trainees experience in various practice areas and the possibility of a client secondment. The small intake size ensures trainees receive hands-on learning, greater responsibility, direct client interaction, and meaningful involvement in complex matters.
Responsibilities
- Gain experience across a wide range of practice areas including Corporate, Real Estate, Litigation, Banking & Finance, Employment, Funds, Tax and Regulatory.
- Undertake a client secondment.
- Tailor experience to match career interests.
- Ensure exposure to key areas of commercial law.
Requirements
- Achieved, or be on track to achieve, a minimum of ABB at A-Level.
- Achieved, or be on track to achieve, a 2:1 degree classification, or the international equivalent.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and commercially minded candidates.
- Strong academic background.
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, initiative, resilience, and excellent communication skills.
