Interface Education Services is seeking a Senior Enrollment Advisor to build its presence across New York City and the broader tri-state area. This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on building a market by developing relationships with prospective families, schools, and community organizations. You will own the full sales cycle, from generating opportunities to closing enrollment, with an approach built on trust, expertise, and understanding.

- Develop strong relationships with schools, educational professionals, community organizations, parent networks, and other referral partners.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand Interface's presence throughout New York City and the broader tri-state area.
- Represent Interface at workshops, seminars, conferences, community events, and other programs.
- Develop and test creative strategies for generating new business within your market.
- Own prospective-family relationships from initial inquiry through executed enrollment agreement.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand each family's goals, priorities, concerns, and needs.
- Present Interface's philosophy, programs, and services in a compelling and personalized way and recommend the right engagement for each family.
- Maintain proactive, thoughtful follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
- Convert qualified opportunities into long-term Interface clients while delivering an exceptional prospective-family experience.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasts and use sales data to understand performance, conversion, and opportunities for growth.
- Partner closely with Counseling, Customer Service, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to broader growth strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consultative sales, business development, enrollment, education, or another relationship-driven field.

- Entrepreneurial, proactive, highly self-directed, and motivated by ambitious goals.
- Organized and disciplined about follow-up, pipeline management, and CRM usage.
