About the Role

Superhuman is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the core data model and shared data services that will power connected, intelligent experiences across its multi-product suite. This technical role requires a passion for data systems and customer outcomes, focusing on defining how Superhuman understands users and product interactions.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap for Superhuman’s core data model and shared platform services across a multi-product suite.
Define the canonical entities, relationships, events, permissions, and semantics that product and AI teams rely on.
Partner with engineering to build reliable, scalable data systems, APIs, and services that turn complex data into simple platform capabilities.
Work across product teams to understand data needs, unblock high-impact use cases, and drive consistency without slowing innovation.
Establish product-quality standards for data trust, documentation, governance, discoverability, and developer experience.
Define success metrics, prioritize investments, and use data to communicate platform impact and adoption.

Requirements

5+ years in product management, with meaningful experience owning technical platform, data, infrastructure, or AI-enabling products.
Hands-on fluency with data systems and platforms, including data modeling, schemas, event systems, APIs, warehouses, or analytics infrastructure.
Comfortable working closely with engineers and data practitioners on technical tradeoffs, architecture, reliability, privacy, security, and scale.
Ability to translate complex platform capabilities into clear product requirements, adoption paths, and user experiences for internal product teams.
Experience shipping products or platforms that serve multiple teams, customers, or surfaces at scale.
Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous, cross-functional problems from insight to shipped product with minimal oversight.
Thinks in systems, metrics, models, and pipelines.
Can identify the signal in messy data, define crisp success measures, and translate findings into clear product direction.
Understands that internal platforms win through trust, usability, documentation, reliability, and adoption.
Cares deeply about semantics, lineage, data quality, governance, and the long-term maintainability of shared data systems.
Understands the expectations of enterprise customers around data privacy, permissions, security, compliance, and reliability.
Embeds AI into daily workflows, rituals, and decision-making.
Acts as if 100% responsible for own outcomes and company outcomes.
Works tirelessly in pursuit of results; takes initiative and owns it when results are off; course-corrects and gets scrappy if necessary.
