About the Role

The Analyst, IT Operations will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems to solve them with automated systems, creating automated systems for efficiency, and providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures. This role involves collaborative consultation with users on automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Determine required improvements on systems and supervise their correct implementation to meet customer requirements.
• Assist the team in determining methods and procedures for new assignments.
• Write functional and technical specifications for developers.
• Verify newly developed processes.
• Perform analysis, evaluation, testing, and debugging for shop floor application programs supporting various manufacturing areas.
• Provide day-to-day end-user service and technical support.
• Perform software configuration and setups of new customers in the MES tracking system.
• Assist in determining suitable software to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware failures and identify network problems related to shop floor computers.
• Write Medical documentation compliant with FDA regulations for Medical customers.

Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training.
• Minimum 7 years of industry experience working with SQL/MES Application (FlexFlow).
• Transparent, setting expectations clear, matured Project Management.
• Collaboration skills and passion for technical challenges and operations support.
• Create SSRS Reports
• Create Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views, and Indexing
• Support Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)
• SQL, T-SQL and SQL-Profiler
• Client/Server application interfaces, Distributed systems interfaces and peripheral devices
• Tableau Data Visualization
• PowerBI
• MS-SQL

• Application Support
• Basic Python programming.
• OPC servers and PLC integration for data capture and configuration
