About the Role
As a Senior Staff Integrator, you will leverage your leadership, strategic planning, executive-level communications, senior staff facilitation, Joint operations awareness, and organizational process development expertise to support thought leaders in digital modernization, defense strategy, operational integration, and mission analytics. You will synchronize staff directorates, develop executive products, analyze emerging trends, refine organizational workflows, and support high-stakes decision-making across the defense mission enterprise. Your role involves institutionalizing critical staff processes, coordinating complex cross-directorate workflows, analyzing and synthesizing strategic information, and enabling senior-leader decision-making for mission-critical operations.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working in a professional environment
- 5+ years of experience working within DoD, DoW, or the Intelligence Community
- 5+ years of experience as executive staff at the joint, service, or major command level, such as COCOM, MAJCOM, component staff, or service equivalent
- Experience supporting senior leaders
- Experience in a CAG, executive advisory role, or senior staff officer position
- Ability to institutionalize organizational processes, navigate bureaucratic ambiguity, and synchronize actions across senior staff without exercising governmental authority
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Secret clearance required
