About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Perform financial statement, credit, and industry analysis.
  • Assist in preparing credit approval memoranda, annual reviews, and portfolio monitoring reports.
  • Support new lending opportunities, amendments, renewals, and transaction execution.
  • Develop client presentations, briefing materials, and management reports.
  • Conduct company, industry, and peer research.
  • Coordinate with internal partners across Risk, Capital Committee, Capital Markets, Syndications, and Transaction Banking.
  • Participate in client meetings and support relationship management activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 6 months - 2 years of experience in U.S. banking and international markets with an emphasis on corporate credit analysis, capital markets and/or financial services (FIG) coverage, including internships.
  • Proficiency in Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including business writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in corporate banking, credit analysis, and financial institutions.
