About the Role

Drive the success of Procore’s SMB customers by serving as a product champion and subject matter expert throughout their journey. Help organizations understand best practices and business benefits of construction technology. This role is responsible for post-sales implementation success and long-term adoption of a book of business, leveraging a consultative mindset and knowledge of the construction industry and Procore’s software platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Make data-driven recommendations to customers on optimizing Procore value based on analytics and industry best practices.
  • Craft value-based presentations addressing customer business problems and accelerating Procore platform adoption.
  • Provide customers with product roadmap and release updates.
  • Drive product demonstrations and coordinate technical resources.
  • Provide high levels of responsiveness and customer service through clear communication.
  • Foster a positive team culture by supporting and mentoring colleagues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop best practices and drive Procore’s evolution.
  • Develop mastery of Procore’s products, professional services, and industry best practices.
  • Travel up to 15% to client sites, industry events, and other Procore offices.

Requirements

  • A passion for construction and technology.
  • Ability to leverage strong technical aptitude to master Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders on time-sensitive projects.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills both in-person and through virtual meetings, and in writing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize relevant and impactful intelligence from ambiguous data.
  • Understanding of the construction industry across different verticals is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a construction Project Manager, Site Super, Project Finance Manager, Estimator or Project Engineer preferred.
  • Experience managing project construction, including bidding, procurement, RFIs, submittmits, drawings, specifications, documents and schedule, quality control and safety preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or CS preferred

Salary/Compensations

  • Base Pay Range: 67,840.00 - 93,280.00 USD Annual
  • On Target Earning Range: 84,800.00 - 116,600.00 USD Annual
  • May be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
