About the Role
Seeking a motivated and client-focused Office Services Supervisor to lead daily operations of an on-site support service center. This role serves as the primary liaison between Opensity, client stakeholders, and employees, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, and a positive work environment. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with hands-on experience in copy, print, scan, and binding services who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building client relationships, and is passionate about developing high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Opensity, client representatives, and on-site employees.
- Ensure exceptional client service and maintain strong working relationships with key client contacts.
- Demonstrate expertise in copy, print, scan, and binding services, including turnaround times, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Opensity products and services and effectively communicate service capabilities to clients.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance service delivery.
- Recommend additional services and solutions that support client needs and business objectives.
- Assist in tracking site productivity and operational performance metrics.
- Gather and provide data necessary for monthly leadership and client reporting.
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and onboard qualified candidates for site-based positions.
- Supervise, mentor, coach, and develop on-site staff to ensure high levels of engagement and performance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively to maximize productivity and service quality.
- Foster a positive, professional, and customer-focused work environment.
- Manage employee schedules to ensure all contracted operating hours are adequately staffed.
- Maintain compliance with service level requirements while minimizing overtime expenses.
- Monitor attendance, staffing levels, and workload distribution to support operational goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of supervisory experience is required.
- Hands-on experience with copy, print, scan, and binding operations is required.
- Previous experience managing a customer service, print services, records management, office services, mailroom, or related operational environment.
- Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
- Experience working in a managed services, office services, legal services, corporate print center, or facilities support environment.
- Experience monitoring productivity metrics and preparing operational reports.
