About the Role
The Senior Manager, Learning & Development will drive delivery and strategic excellence across the learning solutions portfolio. This role operates collaboratively across the learning community, enabling firmwide strategic learning objectives through a robust learning technology ecosystem and delivering solutions for cross-functional learning and performance needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to advancing strategic learning initiatives, programs, and processes.
- Own the cross-functional learning solutions program and enablement service delivery.
- Oversee and contribute to end-to-end learning lifecycle activities, including needs analysis, solution consulting, feasibility and impact analysis, and solutioning.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify, validate, and articulate learning and development needs.
- Continue to build out a learning consultation offering to support upskilling and development needs for groups without dedicated L&D resourcing.
- Serve as a collaborative learning design subject matter expert (SME) for the cross-functional portfolio and priority functional or firmwide initiatives.
- Partner with the Director to promote design and experience innovation in learning solutions.
- Collaborate with Manager, Learning Operations to serve as the learning design SME for enterprise eLearning development projects.
- Collaborate with functional learning and people leaders to design fit-for-purpose, engaging solutions.
- Promote L&D excellence across enterprise learning through engagement and collaboration with the learning community.
- Partner with the Director on Future of Learning initiatives and facilitation of a firmwide L&D Community of Practice.
- Partner with the Manager, Learning Operations on identifying and promoting data and engagement insights.
- Accountable for firmwide learning content libraries, ensuring fit-for-purpose content is promoted and accessible.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development in a fast-paced, corporate environment, working on multi-stakeholder internal engagements, and ideally in a matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated expertise and experience in end-to-end learning solutions accountability.
- Strong business acumen, collaboration skills, and demonstrated ability to manage competing and complex priorities for multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal clients, gain credibility, challenge the norm and be viewed as a trusted advisor.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with the ability to work in a changing environment.
- Experience in collaborating and consulting with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts, including issue resolution.
- Written and oral fluency in English.
- Ability to create, interpret and/or apply policies, practices, laws and/or regulations.
