About the Role

CoreWeave University (CWU) is seeking a senior practitioner to own complex workstreams within its operational backbone, focusing on the LMS, learning technology stack, measurement and analytics, program operations, and vendor/content partnerships. This is a builder and systems-thinker role, not an administrator, requiring expertise in configuring enterprise learning platforms, designing measurement frameworks, and developing scalable operational processes. The role offers direct input into shaping CWU's operating infrastructure from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Own the configuration, optimization, and ongoing management of CWU's LMS and learning technology platforms, including user management, course catalog architecture, system integrations, and workflow logic.
  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of new tools and platform integrations, driving technical onboarding and change management for platform changes.
  • Design system architecture and processes that support CWU's program delivery model at scale across multiple sites.
  • Partner with IT, HRIS, and vendor contacts to ensure platform performance, security, and integration health.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive system documentation and governance standards.
  • Design and own CWU's core measurement framework, defining key metrics, data capture methods, and reporting strategies for stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting outputs for CWU leadership, Learning Partners, and senior business stakeholders.
  • Analyze learning data to identify actionable insights regarding program effectiveness, learner engagement, and capability gaps.
  • Ensure data integrity across all CWU platforms and reporting outputs, establishing processes for data consistency.
  • Own the design and continuous improvement of CWU's core operational processes, including scheduling, communications, enrollment, logistics, and post-program workflows.
  • Build scalable operational systems and templates to reduce friction and manual effort for the Learning Partner team.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose structured improvements to CWU leadership.
  • Own key vendor and content partner relationships, including contracts, renewals, performance management, and escalations.
  • Maintain and curate CWU's content library, ensuring organization, currency, accurate tagging, and accessibility.
  • Lead or support the evaluation and onboarding of new vendor and content partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in L&D operations, HR technology, learning analytics, or a closely related field, with increasing scope and ownership.
  • Deep hands-on experience with enterprise LMS platforms, including configuration and optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience designing or owning learning measurement frameworks or analytics programs.
  • Track record of identifying operational gaps, designing solutions, and implementing them with minimal direction.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company is strongly preferred.
  • Strong systems thinking ability to connect operational components and design scalable processes.
  • Analytical strength, including designing measurement frameworks, working with data in spreadsheets or BI tools, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with HRIS integrations, SSO, and related enterprise technology infrastructure is a meaningful differentiator.
  • Clear, precise written communication skills, producing accurate, well-organized, and professionally formatted documentation and stakeholder outputs.
  • Ability to independently own complex workstreams end-to-end and resolve blockers without waiting for direction.
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and define 'good' in a greenfield build environment.
  • Ability to partner effectively with both technical (IT, HRIS, vendors) and non-technical stakeholders (Learning Partners, business leaders).
  • Ability to collaborate within the pillar, dividing ownership clearly and building coherently toward shared operational goals.
  • AI fluency: integrated AI tools across major workflows (data analysis, documentation, reporting, vendor research, process design) and ability to optimize AI-enabled practices.
  • Must be a U.S. person or eligible to access export controlled information.
