About the Role
The Product Manager leads a team of product managers and/or product owners responsible for overseeing the development and management of products throughout their lifecycle. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure that products meet market needs and align with the company's strategic goals. This role requires a proven leader with the energy and skills to envision the right customer experience, drive execution, and scale features to seize business opportunities and support rapid growth. The Product Manager will drive the AI product strategy for assigned domains, identify high-value opportunities for copilots, automation, decision intelligence, and agentic experiences while ensuring responsible AI, governance, security, and compliance requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Own the product and plans the product roadmap, creating and defining the long-term vision and strategy for products and features for a diverse set of customers.
- Engage with key partners/merchants to deliver best-in-class lending solutions and own relationships with external partners and development vendors.
- Establish project-specific release cycles and communicate upcoming releases and their importance level to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other Product and Engineering teams and key stakeholders to gather requirements and feature requests for future releases.
- Collaborate to enhance current product controls and ensure appropriate risk safeguards are in place.
- Own product backlogs, focused on delivery of initiatives.
- Manage multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously, while maintaining the product roadmap and backlog.
- Lead a team of product managers and product owners while fostering a culture of progress, transparency, and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date on the evolution of products, competitors, and the financial services industry.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 8-10 years experience in product management, or related field such as business analysis
- 3+ years leading project(s), mentoring and/or coaching experience, demonstrated subject matter expert in department
- Bachelor’s Degree in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Information Technology or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
- 10-13 years experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Information Technology, financial services, payment, or online and mobile platforms.
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, agent fleets and orchestration frameworks, or AI development platforms
- Experience developing, launching, or scaling AI-powered products leveraging LLMs, agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or machine learning technologies
- Experience building AI-powered, data, platform, developer, SaaS, fintech, or digital products
- Must be work authorized in the United States on a full time basis without the need for any sponsorship now or in the future.
- Cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders.
