About the Role
As part of the leadership team, you will drive SAP service delivery, strengthen client relationships, oversee complex managed service engagements, and help grow EY's SAP Managed Services capabilities and market presence. This role will provide you with visibility and participation across all sectors, deal sizes, competencies, and offerings.
Responsibilities
- Drive service delivery excellence, client growth, and operational performance across complex SAP environments.
- Lead strategic engagements, shape SAP Managed Services offerings, and oversee governance and service management.
- Partner with clients and executives to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Champion the responsible adoption of AI to enhance delivery quality, accelerate problem-solving, and improve operational efficiency.
- Establish scalable, repeatable ways of working across teams using AI.
- Drive growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing SAP Managed Services opportunities.
- Advise clients on SAP outsourcing, managed services, and operational transformation.
- Lead complex SAP managed service engagements, governance forums, and executive stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee service performance, reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Shape EY's SAP Managed Services strategy, offerings, and delivery capabilities.
- Support solutioning, deal pricing, contract management, and quality oversight.
- Leverage AI to enhance service delivery, generate insights, improve productivity, and drive business outcomes.
- Promote responsible and risk-aware AI practices, ensuring compliance with data privacy, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
- Develop and scale repeatable AI-enabled approaches, tools, and best practices that improve team effectiveness and consistency.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading SAP Managed Services and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- Ability to shape, solution, and sell SAP Managed Services engagements.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead independently and collaborate across global delivery teams.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Managed Services, Application Management Services (AMS), or SAP operations.
- Experience with SAP service governance, SLAs, ITSM processes, and service delivery frameworks.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on SAP Managed Services delivery excellence.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, partners, and delivery teams.
- Sound judgment in managing confidential client and business information.
- Proven ability to lead multiple SAP engagements and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
- Experience driving service governance, SLA performance, and continuous improvement.
