About the Role
The Diet Assistant processes meal orders for patients to promote a positive patient experience with the meal service. This role involves taking meal orders from patients, families, or nursing staff via phone or bedside visits, and processing menus for Behavioral Health patients.

- Takes meal orders from patients, families or nursing staff either over the phone or by visiting the patient at the bedside.
- Processes menus for Behavioral Health patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience.
- Proficient in the use of computers.
