About the Role

The Senior IT Development Manager leads a team of technology development professionals, providing application or system solutions to the organization while ensuring standards are met and business objectives are achieved. This role also offers technical leadership and guidance beyond their immediate team.

Responsibilities

  • Manages/leads a team of technology development/designs professionals.
  • Provides a wide range of application or system solutions to the organization.
  • Ensures standards are met and business objectives are achieved.
  • Provides technical leadership and guidance beyond own team.
  • Directs/manages a large and diverse group/team of IT professionals (e.g., up to 50) focused on complex development, system enhancements, new releases, large-scale applications/projects across multiple product lines/businesses, involving significant scope and complexity.
  • Sets operational team direction and works autonomously in the management of the unit.
  • Collaborates with others to establish and execute on common goals.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate.
  • Graduate degree, preferred.
  • 10+ years related experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing vendor applications.
  • 5+ year of previous Commercial Servicing (preferably ACBS) experience.
  • Demonstrated successful experience in managing a team size of 5 or more.
