About the Role
We are seeking a passionate M Club/In Room Dining Server (IRD) - PT to join our Food and Beverage Department, focusing on delivering an exceptional food and beverage experience to guests.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for guest in-room dining requests.
- Take guest orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and ensure accurate delivery.
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette to gather necessary details for smooth order processing.
- Use the point-of-sales system to communicate and verify orders with the kitchen.
- Coordinate and promptly deliver amenities to guests.
Requirements
- Must have Food Safe and Serving It Right certification.
- Must possess excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Must be a team player capable of working independently.
- Must be flexible and available to work weekends, holidays, and weekdays.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
