About the Role

Hot 8 Yoga is seeking enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors to join their expanding management team. Directors will contribute to the company's mission of being the Hottest. Cleanest. Most Connected hot yoga studio.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train teachers and front desk staff.
• Work a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week.
• Be present at the studio during peak business hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Track studio budget.
• Address day-to-day maintenance needs.
• Process payroll.
• Oversee inventory.
• Work 5 Front Desk shifts.
• Perform cleaning duties throughout the day.
• Lead Teacher Trainings.
• Lead and manage teachers and front desk staff.

Requirements

• Must have a 200-hour RYT certificate.
• Required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).
• Previous management experience is required.
