Responsibilities
- Completes assigned work orders for resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing and repairing issues.
- Completes the make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch lists, vendor scheduling, and maintenance tasks.
- Follows procedures for accessing and tracking maintenance materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Completes documentation and paperwork accurately and timely for service requests.
- Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities through cleaning, trash removal, and painting.
- Supports cost-cutting initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts and minimizing waste.
- Performs preventative maintenance.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and be on-call.
- Promotes a positive image of the apartment community and management company.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of apartment maintenance experience.
- Technical/other training.
- Valid Driver's License.
- AC Certification I and II.
- Satisfactory results of a Criminal History Record Check.
- Satisfactory results of a Drug Screen Test.
