Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, inspect, and process incoming product samples, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and promptly communicating discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate sample and inventory records, including product details within the tracking system.
- Organize and maintain an accurate, labeled, and accessible sample room with strong inventory integrity.
- Coordinate sample and inventory movement across departments and locations, ensuring proper documentation of transfers, returns, and consumption.
- Track product samples, purchase orders (POs), delivery timelines, and scheduling.
- Manage the sample request process by coordinating internal requests, locating and preparing products, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Pull, organize, pack, and prepare inventory boxes and sample shipments according to project and team requirements.
- Collaborate with the Director of Content Production on photoshoot sample needs.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding sample issues and proactively resolve them.
- Establish and maintain a process for dispositioning unneeded samples, coordinating reallocation, repurposing, returns, or transfers.
- Support sample and inventory audits through physical counts, reconciliation of discrepancies, and ensuring system accuracy.
- Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and/or inventory management system.
- Some experience with inventory and receiving is preferred.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Ability to perform repetitive wrist motion.
- Ability to recognize alarms audibly.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
