About the Role

As an Interventional Dry Eye Representative, you will play a key role in growing existing account usage of the Sight Sciences TearCare device, with a focus on associated disposables, as well as driving new sales for targeted accounts within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Create strategic, sales-focused business plans for the assigned Territory and execute these plans to drive sales that meet/exceed revenue targets.
  • Understand each customer’s priorities and drivers, as well as their related challenges and opportunities, and provide appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
  • Implement marketing plans, promotions, and programs.
  • Manage the entire selling process with a focus on effective account management.
  • Provide in-office product demonstrations, integration, and training to support the customer’s needs for the purpose of growing sales.
  • Proactively identify, communicate with, and maintain relationships with key accounts and potential customers.
  • Support account needs with timely and consistent touchpoints and follow-up.
  • Execute brand awareness, product demonstrations, and customer upgrades within the defined territory.
  • Support patient access through effective education and training of reimbursement.
  • Conduct business-level and practice development conversations with ECPs and office administrators.
  • Participate in and network at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Continuously stay up to date on ocular surface technologies and trends.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance across all commercial partners through regular training and coaching.
  • Support company goals and objectives, policies, and procedures that comply with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), ISO 13485, and any other applicable domestic or international requirements.
  • Maintain a professional and credible image with key physicians, consultants, vendors, and co-workers.

Requirements

  • Two years experience in med device sales, preferably within the Optometry and Ophthalmology space.
  • Solid and sustained performance in ALL aspects of the job, including consistent quota attainment and excellent territory administration.
  • Up to 40% overnight travel (territory dependent).
  • Up to 90% face-to-face interaction with customers.
